2. Definitions
- “Account” means a unique account created for you to access our Services.
- “AI Output” means automated responses generated by our AI systems.
- “Customer Content” means data you submit to the Services.
3. Platform Guidelines
3.1 AI Accuracy: AI Output may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for validating it before use.
3.2 Account Security: Credentials are for individual use only. Do not share them.
3.4 Prohibited Actions: Do not resell the Services, interfere with operations, or reverse engineer the code.
3.9 Age Restrictions: Services are not for individuals under 16.
3.10 Input Responsibility: You are responsible for the legality of data you input.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”)
You agree not to use the Services to:
- 4.1 Prohibited Content: Submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or hate speech content.
- 4.2 Prohibited Activities: Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- 4.3 Security: Attempt to probe or breach security measures.
- 4.4 Privacy: Violate the privacy rights of others.
- 4.5 Spam: Send unsolicited advertising.
- 4.6 High-Risk Use: Do not use for medical diagnosis, legal advice, or critical infrastructure.
5. Fair Use Policy
To ensure availability for all customers, we enforce the following thresholds per user seat:
5.1 Usage Limits
- 2,000 AI-generated responses per month.
- 10,000 API requests per month.
These limits support normal business use. If you need more, please contact us.
5.2 Excessive Use
Sustained excessive use or attempts to bypass limits may result in rate-limiting or suspension.
6. Enforcement
SimplerWork may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or remove content if this Policy is violated.
7. Disclaimer
SimplerWork is not responsible for content submitted by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI Output.
