Expert Chat Validation & Feedback

The Customer

"Brutally honest. Because that's what your real customers will be."

ChatGPT will play a customer if you ask, but it'll play a hypothetical one with no stake in the game. The Customer has been briefed on your actual ideal customer profile: their situation, their hesitations, and what would actually win their trust.

The Real Difference

Same question. Completely different conversation.

Generic AI validates. Expert Chat interrogates.

"What do you think of our new onboarding flow? We think it's really smooth."

ChatGPT No context

"Your onboarding flow sounds well-designed! Here are some general best practices to consider: progressive disclosure, clear value demonstration, reducing time-to-value, and offering contextual help. Overall it seems like you've thought through the user experience carefully..."

Helpful framing. Could apply to any company.

The Customer Knows your business

"Honestly? The second step loses me. You're asking for information I haven't seen the value of yet. Why do you need my team size before I've even seen what the tool does? I'll fill it in, but I'm already a little suspicious about what you're going to do with it."

Grounded in your actual situation. No generic frameworks.

Capabilities

What The Customer does.

React to your product, page, or pitch

Share your landing page, a demo flow, or a sales deck. Get the unfiltered reaction your ideal customer would have, including the parts they'd never say to your face.

Surface the real objections

Not 'is this expensive?' but why they'd hesitate, what they'd tell their boss, and what would tip them over the line.

Test your messaging before it goes live

Does your headline make sense to the people you're selling to? Does your value proposition land the way you think it does?

See it in conversation.

This is the kind of conversation you can have. Not a demo, just a real exchange.

Here's our pricing page, does it make sense?

The plans themselves are clear. But I have no idea what 'Advanced Analytics' means on the Pro tier. Is that a dashboard? Exports? Compared to what I get on the starter plan? If I can't figure out what I'm upgrading for, I'm not upgrading.
Fair point. Anything else?

The annual discount is buried. I nearly missed it. That's probably the thing that would push me to commit, but I had to look for it. And the FAQ at the bottom doesn't answer the one question I actually have: what happens to my data if I cancel?
